Common questions

Can it leak private documents?
No. A document is used only if its source allows the person and the Space includes them. The check runs again when Vixi reads it, and every search is logged.
Do you train on our data?
No. It's in the contract, and the model providers we use don't keep your data.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?
Yes. OIDC and SAML sign-in plus SCIM are built in, with no per-seat add-on. They're included from Business. Admins can require SSO.
What does it cost?
Per seat a month, from 2 seats. Team is $17 billed yearly, Business is $42, and Enterprise is custom. Viewer seats are free. Credit caps are on and overage is off.
How do we roll it out?
Start a 14-day pilot. Pick two kits, connect your apps on day 1, run in trainee mode, then let teammates act with approval. You see the numbers on day 14.
Can it act without us knowing?
Only if you allow it. New teammates start in trainee mode and only suggest. Risky actions always wait for a person, and every action is logged.
